“Hi, my name is Fran. I am the Claims and Customer Care Specialist at Omni Davis.
We understand it can be a distressing experience if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in a situation where you need to make a claim. I am here to make the whole process easier, quicker and more efficient for you.
On your notification to us, I will report your claim to the Insurance provider, liaise with them for regular updates and keep you informed. My role is dedicated to managing the claims process on your behalf, saving you time and avoiding stress.
