Here at Omni Davis, we have undergone some significant changes over the years, from a relocation to the merging of two businesses.
So, we thought – what better way to solidify these changes than to get the whole team together for a day out of the office to enjoy a valuable team building day!
The away day was hosted at the peaceful Lodge Hill Centre near Pulborough. Michelle from HR Works Consultancy facilitated an insightful culture and values workshop for us, followed by interesting DISC personality profiling and a whole host of fun outdoor team building exercises to round off the day.
The team thoroughly enjoyed the day. We would highly recommend sessions such as these to other businesses, as they are a great way to help bring together all the various strengths and qualities of individuals in your team and can identify and develop strategies to succeed going forwards.

“I have worked for Omni Davis for nearly 5 years, and during that time have dealt with a lot of changes in both location and staff. I am now settled in Billingshurst, with the original team from P B Davis, and the other staff that have relocated. We were two different cultures and over time we have merged our practices, to become one.
The idea behind the Team Building day, was to get us all together outside of the office environment to learn about each other. This is exactly what happened. We spent the morning in a workshop, learning about our individual personalities and behaviors, and then the afternoon completing some Team Building exercises, which brought both laughter and frustration, but overall the team did work together.
A really enjoyable day, which we hope to repeat again.”
